Placewell Retail is a leading electronics store specializing in mobile phones, laptops, and accessories. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and a premium shopping experience. We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee our showroom operations and lead our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the showroom and ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of products.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management.
• Implement company policies, promotions, and store campaigns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or similar role in electronics retail (mobiles/laptops).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a team and drive sales performance.
• Knowledge of retail management best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
• Graduate degree preferred; MBA in Retail/Management is a plus.
