Position Summary:
This role is responsible for designing and driving easypaisa’s employer branding and leadership development in line with the company’s growth as a leading fintech. The role will focus on building a strong employer value proposition, developing leadership capability across levels through structure, culture, and capability interventions.The role requires end to end responsibility for initiatives while ensuring alignment with the overall People & Organization strategy.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Employer Branding & Talent Positioning

Develop and implement the employer branding strategy to position easypaisa as an employer of choice within the fintech, technology, and digital ecosystem.

Develop and strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) aligned with easypaisa’s culture, purpose, and growth ambition.

Lead university partnerships, early career programs, internship programs, and management trainee initiatives to build a sustainable talent pipeline.

Partner with Marketing and Corporate Communications to drive employer branding campaigns, digital presence, and talent attraction initiatives.

Monitor employer brand perception and talent market trends within fintech, banking, and technology sectors.

Ensures alignment between internal culture initiatives and external employer brand communication.

Works closely with internal stakeholders to promote employee advocacy and strengthen internal brand ambassadorship.

Manages employer branding budgets, vendors, and agencies to ensure cost-effective execution of initiatives.

Stays updated on market trends, competitor employer branding practices, and emerging talent attraction strategies.

Partners with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Marketing and communication teams to design and run employer branding campaigns aligned with hiring priorities.

Manages the organization’s presence on career pages, social media platforms, job portals, and external employer branding forums.

Coordinates and manages participation in industry events, and employer branding partnerships.

Contributes to overall talent strategy by strengthening employer reputation, improving candidate experience, and supporting long-term workforce goals.

Ensure adoption and compliance to easypaisa’s policies and advise line managers on matters related to people management including but not limited to Compliance and Performance investigations.

Coordinate execution and adherence to Bank’s HR principles, practices and policies, and be the department expert on all people related practices and policies.
Leadership Development & Succession Planning

Design and implement leadership development frameworks for emerging leaders, mid-level management, and senior leadership.

Establish and drive succession planning frameworks for critical roles across easypaisa.

Lead leadership assessment initiatives including assessment centers, 360 feedback, and leadership capability reviews.

Identify high-potential employees and develop structured development journeys and leadership programs.

Introduce coaching, mentoring, and leadership capability building initiatives to strengthen leadership pipeline.

Develop promotion framework and liaise with HRBPs and Rewards for execution.
Knowledge and Experience
Education:
Minimum MBA/BBA/BS
Experience:
5 to 7 years
