Manager Engineering (Beverages)

-Strong hands on experience with Boilers, Utilities, and E&I systems.

- Provide technical leadership and resolve complex engineering issues.

- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot problems and drive improvements.

- Stay updated on relevant technologies and industry best practices.

- Lead, guide, and develop the engineering team.

- Promote a collaborative and improvement-focused work culture.

- Set clear team objectives aligned with organizational goals.

- Oversee engineering projects from planning to completion.

- Manage resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.

- Apply structured project management practices to improve efficiency.

- Implement engineering standards and processes to enhance performance.

- Conduct compliance audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.

- Provide concise project updates and solutions to senior management.

- Maintain strong coordination with production, vendors, and internal teams.

- Act as the key liaison for cross-functional engineering activities.

Requirements:

• BSc in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10 - 15 years of experience, preferably in the Beverage Industry only.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
