Modivcare is looking for an experienced Manager - Enterprise Applications to join our team. In this role, you will lead a global team supporting and enhancing enterprise SaaS applications, including Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and 50+ additional platforms. Capability & Product Delivery
  • Serves as a capability manager for core SaaS platforms, ensuring business needs are captured, prioritized, and delivered.
  • Leads requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and prioritization with business stakeholders.
  • Coordinates delivery efforts with internal teams and external implementation partners to ensure seamless transitions from design to production.
  • Oversees configuration, support, and enhancement of Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other SaaS applications.
  • Acts as the escalation point for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
Vendor Relationship Ownership
  • Acts as the primary vendor relationship owner for SaaS platforms supporting corporate functions.
  • Aligns business capability needs with vendor roadmaps and solutions.
  • Builds strong, trust-based partnerships with vendors and holds them accountable for outcomes.
  • Influences vendor product strategy through roadmap input, feature advocacy, and co-innovation opportunities.
  • Drives measurable value from vendors through performance, reliability, scalability, and innovation.
  • Partners with procurement and stakeholders to resolve vendor-related issues.
People Leadership
  • Leads and mentors a global Corporate Systems & Capability Management team (5 onshore, 7 offshore).
  • Provides coaching, workload management, and development opportunities.
  • Fosters a collaborative, accountable, and continuously improving team culture.
Financial & Operational Management
  • Owns the budget for all SaaS vendor contracts and team operations.
  • Optimizes SaaS spend by maximizing license utilization and negotiating favorable contract terms.
  • Partners with Finance and Procurement to uphold cost governance and demonstrate ROI.
  • Ensures investments in SaaS technology directly support business capabilities and enterprise efficiency.
We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following…
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Six (6) plus years of experience in corporate systems management, SaaS applications, product management, or related fields.
  • Two (2) plus years of leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience configuring, supporting, and enhancing Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
  • Proven experience gathering requirements, grooming backlogs, and delivering solutions to production.
  • Strong vendor management skills with a history of aligning business needs with vendor capabilities.
  • Experience managing onshore/offshore teams and vendor SLAs.
  • Familiarity with HR, Finance, ITSM, and shared services processes.
  • Agile or iterative delivery environment experience.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Salary: $92,700 - $133,700
Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
