Manager, Enterprise Data Integration & Insights

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic results-oriented Manager for Enterprise Data Integration & Insights to lead the design, development, and delivery of robust data and integration solutions in support of our digital transformation journey. You will lead cross-functional engineering & development teams (onshore/offshore/nearshore) and partner closely with software delivery teams, enterprise architects, cybersecurity specialists, infrastructure engineers, and business stakeholders across the enterprise. Your leadership will ensure our data platforms, integration, insights and analytics capabilities are agile, secure, reliable, and scalable, delivering robust data pipelines, powering real-time analytics, insights and data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing data, integration, and analytics engineering teams in the delivery of data focused solutions.
  • Manage work intake, resource planning, and backlog prioritization for agile delivery teams.
  • Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts for new employees, including responsibility for the hiring process from identifying the need to hire through onboarding. Will conduct interviews and select candidates in collaboration with management.
  • Work closely with employees to understand their career aspirations, strengths, and areas for development, working with peers to gather 360-degree feedback and insights for continuous improvement as part of the overall performance management program.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of scalable data pipelines, event-driven interfaces and API-based integrations.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with architectural principles, security guidelines, engineering standards, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Manage the teams gathering data requirements and developing analytical solutions to support data driven decision making.
  • Ensure that monitoring, alerting, observability, and logging are implemented to ensure operational reliability and visibility.
  • Guide test-driven development, automation, and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Collaborate across business units, delivery teams, and technical stakeholders to understand priorities, clarify requirements, align schedules, perform resource planning and translate needs into actionable delivery plans.
  • Partner with cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure compliance, resilience, and secure data operations.
  • Ensure that monitoring, alerting, observability, and logging are implemented to ensure operational reliability and visibility.
  • Guide test-driven development, automation, and agile delivery methodologies.

  • Collaborate with data, integration, cloud, and enterprise architects to execute and implement cohesive data management and integration solutions.
  • Support the development and governance of data products, data catalogs, and analytics ecosystems.
  • Work with Insights teams to support the creation of actionable insights from the collection, preparation, analysis, visualization, and management of large and unstructured data sets
  • Promote domain-driven data approaches and modular service development for flexibility and scale.
  • Regular attendance is required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, preferred or comparable experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in integration, data engineering, or software development required.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role, leading or managing technical delivery teams required.
  • Ability to lead across distributed teams and multiple time zones.
  • Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience summarizing technical efforts and how they align to business outcomes required.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to details.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven knowledge of solutions using Cloud Platforms (cloud native, SaaS, or PaaS), Integration Technologies (streaming/event-driven, ETL, or API-based), and CI/CD & DevOps tools & concepts (including infrastructure as code) preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of data structures and technologies including Databases (Relational, Graph, or NoSQL), Data Virtualization (data fabric or data mesh tools), Data analysis, predictive analytics, data science and reporting tools and technologies preferred.
  • Previous experience with System or Software Development preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills including listening, verbal, and written;
  • Strong emphasis on reliability, reusability, maintainability, and software quality.
  • Thought leadership mindset with the ability to drive organizational change and innovation.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data security best practices.
  • Ability to prioritize many competing tasks and deal effectively with conflict.
  • Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members in an approachable and positive way.

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check
