Position Summary:
The Manager, Enterprise Platforms – Supply Chain & Operations drives Empower’s digital transformation across the supply chain by aligning enterprise technology, data, and process excellence to optimize operational performance and scalability. This position oversees the implementation, enhancement, and sustainment of enterprise systems including ERP, WMS, TMS, and manufacturing platforms to enable end-to-end visibility across procurement, inventory, logistics, and demand planning. By partnering closely with Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT, the role ensures systems are integrated, compliant, and strategically aligned with Empower’s business objectives. Through collaborative leadership, innovation, and data-driven insight, the Manager, Enterprise Platforms – Supply Chain & Operations empowers teams, enhances decision-making through automation and AI, and supports Empower’s mission to deliver efficient, reliable, and technology-enabled supply operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of enterprise systems supporting supply chain and operations (ERP, WMS, TMS, Manufacturing, and related systems).
  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners in Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT to align digital systems with strategic business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Serves as a people leader who mentors, develops, and empowers team members to achieve high performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Serve as the liaison between business units and IT to ensure system alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure the effective integration of enterprise systems across procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning functions.
  • Leverage AI, machine learning, and enterprise system capabilities to drive data-driven decisions and improve forecasting, inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics.

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, with a strong understanding of end-to-end processes.
  • Proven ability to lead with empathy, accountability, and vision, fostering a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous development across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management and build high-performing teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience managing or administering enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, and/or related technologies) within a supply chain or operations context, including at least 5 years managing a team supporting these environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI in daily work to drive efficiency, solve problems, and enhance decision-making—adept at integrating AI-powered solutions into all workflows.
