Manager - Enterprise Resource Planning & applications delivery

Responsibilities: Delivers the project on time, to budget, appropriate quality, with successful acceptance into service.

Defines the project requirements, ensuring that the requirements catalogue traceability matrix is complete.

Manages business and project risks, producing an effective plan and risk assessment, so that timescales and project costs are understood and underwritten by all appropriate parties.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.

Coordinate and lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure adherence to project methodologies, best practices, and quality standards.

Engage and communicate effectively with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.

Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to align project objectives and deliverables.

Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to stakeholders.

Address any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders and proactively manage expectations.

Assess the impact of changes requested during the project and manage change requests effectively.

Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption.

Communicate changes to project teams and stakeholders and ensure their understanding and acceptance.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, OR Information Technology

Oracle certification in the concerned Oracle modules.

PMP or equivalent qualification is must.
