Manager - Export Planning

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Skilled in Supply concepts development, Material Flow & Layout Planning, Material Handling.
• Functional expertise in Assembly Production, Assembly Quality, Audits, New Projects implementation, Line Balancing and ECN evaluation & implementation as well as leading projects on digitization.
• Driving Business strategy providing leadership and direction for shop floor operations to achieve continuously improving results in quality, service & cost performance and NPD projects including Overseas operations.
• Expertise in managing supply chain functions including procurement, logistics, inventory management, supplier/ vendor identification & development as well as contract management and RFQ preparation.
• Skilled in minimizing performance bottlenecks & achieving higher productivity through optimized usage of man, material & machine
• Driving Digital Mfg projects with execution excellence.
• CAPEX and Revex Budget planning for capacity additions and new NPD projects.
• Experience in Green field and brown field planning and execution.
• Packaging expertise for overseas consignments of vehicle CBU and CKD/SKD Components.
• Proficient in AutoCAD layout designing. Know-how of hands on CATIA will be added advantage

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile

Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile

General Experience

7 to 10 years of experience in Procurement, Buying, Imports & Exports Planning.
