We are a leading towel manufacturing and export company serving international markets with high-quality textile products. We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Manager – Export Operations & Documentation to join our team and oversee export procedures, documentation, and coordination with shipping, logistics, and compliance departments.
Key Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Manage and oversee all export operations from order confirmation to final shipment.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, Form-E, and other related documents.
- Liaise with banks, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and government authorities (TDAP, Customs, etc.) for export formalities.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality departments to ensure dispatch schedules are met.
- Monitor LCs and payment terms to ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
- Maintain export records, shipment tracking, and documentation audits for smooth operations.
- Ensure all export processes comply with company policies, international trade regulations, and buyer requirements etc.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Directors/Management regarding export performances, challenges with their possible solutions etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
