Job Overview:

INNOVA-TEX HUB (PVT) LTD is expanding its textile and buying house operations and looking for an experienced professional to lead fabric sales in local and international markets.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong market presence, customer relationship skills, and the ability to achieve business growth targets.

1. Industry: Textile / Fabric / Buying House

2. Location: Lahore, Pakistan

3. Markets: Pakistan, GCC, Europe, UK & USA

Preferred Experience:

* Woven / Knit / Denim / Workwear / Technical Fabrics

* Local & Export Fabric Sales

* Buying House / Garment Export / Textile Mill Exposure

* Strong customer development & negotiation skills

Additional advantage for candidates having exposure in:

* FR / Protective / Technical Textiles

* Workwear Fabrics

* Global sourcing & export business

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with customers and market clients.
  • Handle B2B sales, customer follow-ups, quotations, and negotiations.
  • Manage CRM operations and maintain proper customer records.
  • Lead and supervise the sales & marketing team efficiently.
  • Explore new business opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.
  • Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates.
  • Maintain company reputation and strong PR in the textile market.

Important Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same advertised position.
  • Strong experience in Fabric/Textile Sales & Marketing.
  • Proven track record of tight target achievement.
  • Excellent CRM knowledge and customer handling experience.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Good market reputation and professional customer network.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional email drafting and correspondence skills.
  • Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be confident, presentable, and business-oriented.

Job Type

Full-Time (Monday - Saturday) 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
