Manager - Facility Management

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Manager – Facility Management to oversee the full spectrum of facility operations across our sites. In this strategic and hands‑on role, you will ensure all company facilities operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

You will lead maintenance activities, manage service contracts, enhance operational standards, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver best‑in‑class facility support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement all facility-related services, including firefighting, generators, refrigeration, cleaning, and security.
• Approve preventive maintenance plans and ensure full adherence to technical standards and policies.
• Review and recommend specifications for new equipment and CAPEX requirements to support operational needs.
• Validate snag lists and handover quality for new sites in coordination with regional teams.
• Evaluate and approve spare parts, service requests, and vendor performance.
• Lead service‑level negotiations with external providers and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Monitor and approve petty‑cash usage for facility operations across regions.
• Submit OPEX and CAPEX budgets and oversee cost-effective spending.
• Identify opportunities for outsourcing to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare accurate and timely divisional reports in alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with Operations District Managers to ensure timely issue resolution and optimal facility conditions.
• Set performance objectives for team members, provide feedback, and support development.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience in maintenance leadership or technical roles.
• Strong background in facility maintenance, projects, and technical services.
