Job Purpose

Support the effective day-to-day management of facility operations across SOPC's training centers and sport venues in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. The role ensures that facilities remain safe, functional, and ready to support athletes, coaches, and stakeholders. It focuses on coordinating maintenance activities, supervising service providers, and supporting operational readiness under the guidance of the Senior Director.

Facility Operations & Maintenance
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sports flooring, and sport-equipment systems to ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Monitor daily facility operations across assigned venues, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and equipment readiness standards are met.
  • Follow up on maintenance works, verify completion against agreed specifications, and elevate any issues that may impact operations.
  • Support the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for facility operations, ensuring teams and vendors understand and apply them consistently.
  • Assist in conducting facility condition checks and maintain records that support asset tracking and maintenance planning.
Contract & Vendor Coordination
  • Monitor vendor performance, review service reports, and support the validation of invoices and work orders before submission for approval.
  • Coordinate with procurement and relevant stakeholders during vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and service evaluations.
  • Maintain vendor performance logs and support regular review meetings to address service gaps and improvement actions.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
  • Support compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and SOPC policies across all assigned facilities.
  • Assist in implementing safety procedures, emergency response plans, and incident reporting processes at venue level.
  • Coordinate access control and basic security arrangements in line with approved procedures.
  • Support periodic safety inspections and audits, and follow up on corrective actions to ensure closure.
Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate facility readiness activities for venues moving from project completion to operational use, ensuring FM requirements are addressed.
  • Prepare regular operational updates and simple reports for the Senior Director, highlighting key issues, risks and progress.
  • Act as a point of contact for day to day facility related coordination with internal teams, National Federations, SOTC, and relevant external stakeholders.
