Manager Facility Operations (Padel Courts)

Location: Lake City Lahore

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager Padel Facility Operations to oversee the complete operations of four padel courts. The role requires strong operational leadership, customer service orientation, staff supervision capability, and hands-on management of booking systems, facility maintenance coordination, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day operations of all padel courts ensuring smooth functioning.

· Monitor court bookings, utilization levels, customer scheduling, and revenue tracking.

· Supervise facility staff including supervisors, front desk, attendants, coaching support, and housekeeping personnel.

· Ensure high standards of customer service, safety compliance, and facility cleanliness.

· Prepare monthly operational, utilization, and performance reports using MS Office tools.

· Coordinate maintenance, vendor services, equipment upkeep, and facility inspections.

· Handle customer complaints, operational issues, and service escalations effectively.

· Implement operational SOPs, policies, and performance KPIs.

· Support marketing initiatives, tournaments, memberships, and promotional activities.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and service standards.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Graduate (Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

· Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience managing padel courts, sports clubs, or similar recreational facilities.

· Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting dashboards).

· Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage shift-based operations and multiple stakeholders.

· Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with sports booking software or facility management systems.

· Event management exposure.

· Strong reporting and operational analysis capability.
