About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced F&B Marketing and PR Manager, EMEA to join our Four Seasons Corporate Office team in Dubai!

This role has dual reporting line, to the Director of F&B Marketing Operations and our Director, Marketing EMEA . The position plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic and tactical Marketing and PR needs of our restaurants and bars across the region enhancing visibility, guest engagement, and business performance for both established and newly opened venues.

Key areas of focus include, but are not limited to:

  • Enable and upskill Commercial property teams by providing guidance, training, and best practices in effective restaurant and bar marketing.
  • Analyze and interpret business performance data and marketing KPIs for all R&B outlets in EMEA, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Provide targeted support for "Focus" and "Nurture" outlets, aligning with property teams to develop performance-driven marketing plans.
  • Ensure all outlet-level marketing is aligned with global and regional brand positioning frameworks.
  • Collaborate with properties to elevate visibility and positioning through campaigns, activations, and promotional calendars.
  • Act as regional marketing lead for F&B components of hotel openings and renovated or re-concepted outlets.
  • Support in establishing the concept positioning and brand development, guiding market analysis, identifying the signature F&B identity (hero dishes and cocktails), creative brand assets, social media strategy, and integrated opening campaign strategies.
  • Coordinate PR and marketing activation timelines and content production in collaboration with property and regional teams.
  • Act as the connective tissue between F&B Operations and Commercial at both the property and regional levels, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Work closely with: Director of F&B Marketing Operations, Director of Marketing - EMEA, Director of Public Relations and Corporate Communications - EMEA, VP of F&B - EMEA, and lastly the Director of F&B, EMEA.
  • Participate in weekly or monthly performance check-ins, planning sessions, and campaign rollouts with the above stakeholders.

You will champion the marketing and communications efforts for F&B across the region through integrated, data-driven, and culturally relevant strategies . Consulting closely with properties and agencies, you will ensure brand consistency and best practices while bringing creative ideas to life from launch campaigns and digital activations to influencer collaborations and media relations.

This position requires a leader who combines strategic vision with operational execution , and who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be expected to balance business performance, brand storytelling, and creative innovation while influencing teams across multiple markets.

Our Ideal F&B Marketing and PR Manager, EMEA Candidate will:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within luxury hospitality or premium restaurant groups.
  • Deep understanding of restaurant marketing, positioning, and revenue optimization.
  • Previous management level experience in consumer public relations and social media within an integrated communications context for food & beverage brands and/or clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Proven experience supporting new openings or rebranding initiatives.
  • Experience working in cross-regional or global environments with a strong cultural fluency across EMEA.
