We’re Hiring: Manager Finance

Sindh Balochistan Coastal Company (SBCC) — one of Pakistan’s leading seafood exporters — is looking for a Manager Finance to lead our financial operations and support our continued growth in the global market.

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to assess business performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee financial reporting processes, including preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs and financial stability.

Requirements:

• Part-qualified M.Com./ICAP / ICMA / ACCA.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong command of accounting software (Excel, QuickBooks, Odoo etc.).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
