Manager Finance

Qualification & Requirements:-

A qualified FCA (Preferably articles from Big 4) with at least 8-10 years Post qualification experience as a Manager Finance in a manufacturing company.-

Minimum Age: 40 Years

Highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead Accounts & Taxation department independently & ability to give directions to a team of 12-14 accountants.

Job Description:

1. Leading & providing direction to accounts department to perform its duty.

2.Take full charge of Accounts, finance & taxation matters.

3.Suggesting & implementing internal controls procedures/ Standards.

4. Ensure proper accounting system for bookkeeping.

5.Ensure the accounting policies and procedures are in accordance with statutory regulations & global accounting standards (IAS/IFRS)

6.Administer tax returns & tax planning activities.

7. Ensure the proper & timely maintenance of Taxation records.

8. Ensure that all accounting records are properly & timely maintained and their reporting is successfully performed in an effective manner.

9.Prepare operating & capital budgets, in line with business plan.

10.Coordinate with banks for Credit limits (Whenever needed).

11.Finalize annual / quarterly / monthly financial statements.
