Job Title: Manager – Finance

The Manager – Finance will oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting and compliance, and provide insights to support business decisions. This role requires strong accounting expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and accounting standards
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital efficiently
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Lead, mentor, and supervise finance team members
• Develop, implement, and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• CA Intermediate / CA Finalist
• Minimum 5 years of post-articleship experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
