Manager Finance

About the Role


The Finance Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company. This includes ensuring financial targets are met, minimizing financial risks, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and managing relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, investors, and lenders. The role demands strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and a commitment to ethics and organizational values while leading a diverse finance team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Define KPIs for the finance team, develop individual development and succession plans, monitor performance, and foster open communication.
  • Bookkeeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate books, ensure IFRS and COSO compliance, oversee VAT, corporate tax, ESG/ESR, and transfer pricing compliance, and manage audits.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis & Reporting: Lead budgeting and forecasting, monitor financial performance, analyze budget variances, optimize processes, and implement financial planning tools.
  • Treasury Management: Manage credit lines, debt structure, shareholder expectations on Profit-Cash Ratio, debt settlements, financial covenants, and working capital.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, procurement processes, bookkeeping and closure activities, financial KPIs, inventory, and fixed assets processes.
  • Business Partnerships: Collaborate with leaders across functions to drive operational excellence, optimize systems, manage costs, support strategic growth initiatives, and provide decision support.
Who we are looking for


We are seeking a qualified Finance Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent, and relevant professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of progressive finance experience, including 3 to 5 years leading a finance team of 5 or more.

  • Strong expertise in accounting principles, IFRS, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems for financial management and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills with a focus on ethics and integrity.
  • Strategic thinking and financial analysis abilities to support decision-making and maximize shareholder value.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to partner with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in risk management, crisis management, and data security related to finance.
