Manager Finance

Location: Onsite - Lahore

As we scale our operations and expand our global footprint, we're building out our corporate functions, and looking for a results-driven Manager Finance to help us grow with financial rigor and strategic insight.

Scope of work:

1. Short Term

Operational

• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial controls & processes, and use of systems
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with applicable standards (GAAP/IFRS)
• Manage service providers for audits, tax compliance, payroll oversight, and statutory filings
• Manager lease & health insurance package and other employee benefits

Strategic

• Lead annual and long-range financial planning aligned with business strategy
• Work with relevant teams and vendors for compliance
• Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis for growth initiatives, pricing, investments, and cost to assist the CEO and leadership team on financial implications of business decisions

2. Medium Term

Board & Governance

• Prepare and present board-level financial reports, dashboards, and KPI
• Support Board and investor communications with clear, data-driven insights
• Assist in setting financial targets and tracking performance against board-approved plans

3. Long Term

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor the finance team; build scalable finance capabilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and HR
• Drive a culture of financial discipline, transparency, and accountability

Requirements:

• This is a full time onsite position in Lahore, our office is near Kalma Chowk, Garden Town. As a Functional Head, you will get the opportunity to work across all functions of our 120-engineers organization and lead the 2 person team that is currently responsible for book-keeping and reporting
• Qualified Chartered Accountant or Qualified ACCA.
• Minimum 3 years industry experience in the IT Services sector.
• Must have strong knowledge of QuickBooks.
