Finance and Accounting Manager

Role: Oversee financial operations, reporting, and strategy to ensure the organization's fiscal health and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure accurate accounting records and oversee month/year-end close.
• Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and tax planning activities.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.

Requirements:

• MBA in Finance or Accounting required.
• Several years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
