Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyze, and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (short & long term)
  • Monitor and control costs; conduct variance analysis between actuals & budgets
  • Ensure compliance with all financial and tax regulations (local laws, financial standards)
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, vendor payments
  • Oversee internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial risk
  • Work with leadership team on strategic decisions (investments, pricing, expansion)
  • Liaise with external auditors and prepare for audits

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Business; ACA/CA (Inter, Finalist) / ACMA/CMA (Inter, Finalist).
  • 10 years of finance / accounting experience; prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Experience in manufacturing / engineering company will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and accounting standards in Pakistan
  • Excellent Excel skills; familiarity with financial software / ERP tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision‐making skills
  • Good leadership / team management capability
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounts and Finance: 10 years (Preferred)
