Agency Management Advisor:
Responsibilities
Host Management
• Recruit, train, and manage contracted local hosts to increase quantity and engagement.
• Monitor host performance to ensure compliance and reduce violations.
• Support hosts in improving streaming skills and audience interaction to drive revenue growth.
• Develop host growth plans, track streaming data, and provide performance feedback.
Agency Management
• Maintain and expand relationships with local agencies to support host recruitment and management.
• Regularly evaluate agency performance and provide strategic and resource support.
• Motivate and train agencies to improve contribution and engagement.
• Act as a communication bridge between agencies and the company to ensure compliance and policy implementation.
Event Operation
• Plan and execute localized online/offline events to increase user engagement and retention.
• Create innovative activities based on festivals, local culture, and trending topics to enhance platform atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to boost event exposure and user conversion.
• Monitor event data, analyze outcomes, and optimize future activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Media, Internet, or related fields preferred.
• Familiar with livestreaming/short video/social media industry, with relevant operation or management experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-cultural communication ability.
• Data-driven mindset, capable of identifying problems and proposing optimization strategies.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Urdu/local languages is a plus.

User Management Advisor:
Key Responsibilities:
1. VIP User Management:
- Enhance VIP user satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
- Develop and implement incentive strategies tailored to the Pakistan market to boost user retention and conversion.
- Exhibit strong execution skills to achieve measurable targets in user activity, retention, and revenue growth.
2. Data Analysis:
- Utilize tools like Excel and SQL to analyze user behavior and transaction data, driving data-informed operational strategies.
- Extract key insights from data to identify and address user recharge obstacles, adjusting tactics swiftly.
3. Event Planning & Execution:
- Organize a minimum of three innovative and engaging online events each quarter aimed at increasing VIP participation.
- Manage the entire event lifecycle, from planning through execution to post-event evaluation, while overcoming challenges such as resource limitations and low user engagement.
4. User Needs & Service Management:
- Conduct regular monthly surveys to understand user needs and behaviors, optimizing user experience and product features accordingly.
- Provide effective customer service solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty among VIP users.
Job Requirements:
1. Education & Language:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in STEM fields such as Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Statistics.
- Proficiency in English with strong cross-team communication skills and multicultural adaptability.
2. Data & Logic Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.), with the ability to develop data-driven operational strategies.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of making quick decisions in complex environments.
3. Execution & Career Ambition:
- High execution capability and accountability, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals, particularly in managing low user engagement.
- Clear career ambition in user operations and management, with a desire to drive innovation and achieve outstanding results.
4. User Operations & Customer Service Experience:
- Extensive experience in user operations and customer service, especially in handling high-value VIP user needs.
- Ability to efficiently manage user relationships, quickly address and resolve user issues, and optimize processes to enhance satisfaction and retention.
