Job Title: Finance and Accounts Manager

Location Dubai

Immediate requirement.

Industry experience – Manufacturing and Construction industry experience is MUST

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

· Financial Reporting: Prepare and review accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Monthly reports should be submitted to the management on a monthly and regular basis.

· Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and provide insights on financial trends and variances.

· Accounting Oversight: Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls. Coordinate and manage external audits.

· Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and performance reviews, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

· Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

· Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CA or CPA or CMA certification preferred.

· Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.

· Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Attributes: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
