Manager Finance & Accounts

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Finance & Accounts to lead our finance team, manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full accounting cycle and division-wise financial management.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to support business decisions.
• Manage daily transactions, accounts, bills, payments, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, banking operations, and ensure timely fund management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation, and audit requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accountants and finance staff.
• Implement accounting systems, automation, and financial controls.
• Oversee the costing of products and projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Represent the Finance Department in management meetings and strategic discussions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
• Proven experience in finance management, accounting, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and audit processes.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in financial systems, automation, and reporting tools.
