Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manager Finance & Accounts to manage accounting and taxation matters for our U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in U.S. accounting standards and tax procedures, along with strong communication skills to coordinate directly with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for U.S.-based clients
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and maintain general ledgers
• Prepare and file U.S. tax returns (corporate, partnership, and individual)
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and IRS regulations
• Communicate with U.S. clients regarding financial reviews, audits, and queries
• Utilize accounting and tax software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Drake, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in U.S. accounting and taxation (mandatory)
• Experience working on platforms such as Upwork or Fiverr
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, IRS rules, and tax procedures
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop), Xero, and U.S. tax software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones
• ACCA / CA (Part Qualified preferred)

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
