Manager Finance & Accounts – Mustafa Developers

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all finance & accounting operations of the company.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Manage taxation matters, including filing, compliance, and liaison with tax consultants.
• Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate audits (internal & external) and ensure timely closure of audit queries.
• Monitor cash flows, payables, receivables, and project financials.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in a well-reputed organization (real estate sector experience is a plus).
• Demonstrated experience working in a managerial or supervisory finance role.
• Education: MBA (Finance), ACCA, CA Finalist, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong grip on accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on knowledge of ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month
