Finance Manager ,7+yrs Thrissur

Manage all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and taxation.

Review, cross-check, and approve monthly salary details and payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

 Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

 Coordinate and direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

 Monitor and evaluate the company’s financial performance using KPIs and dashboards.

 Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, etc.).

 Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for audits and inspections.

 Develop and implement internal control systems and financial policies.

 Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.

 Review capital expenditures, working capital, and cash flow management.

 Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient operations.

 Provide strategic financial input to senior management for business growth and risk mitigation.

 Assist in ERP system implementation, upgrades, and automation of financial processes.

 Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

 Strong leadership capabilities to guide finance teams and collaborate with senior management.

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance

Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms

Experience: Min 7-10 years

Salary: 35000-45000 Plus food and Accommodation

Industry: Manufacturing of Ready Mix Concrete
