Manager Finance and Company Secretary

The person will have following responsibilities as:

Manager Finance: Managing Treasury Functions, including investments, working capital, and related reporting. Prepare financial statements based on applicable financial reporting standards, interpret financial information to managerial staff and recommend a further course of action. Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances. Drive the entire process of budgeting/forecasting and present it to the board for approval. Ensure Tax and other regulatory compliances. Oversee operations of the finance department.

Company Secretary: Providing Corporate Secretarial Assistance to NPS for entire filing requirements, conducting board meetings, annual general meetings, and deals in associated matters with statutory bodies, i.e., SECP and CDC. Review and monitor legal compliance matters and update Board members accordingly.

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• similar capacity: 6 years (Preferred)
