Manager Finance – Manufacturing Focus

Key Responsibilities:Financial Management

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and working capital.
• Ensure accurate cost accounting for manufacturing operations, including materials, labor, and overhead.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Manufacturing Finance Expertise

• Track production costs, efficiency metrics, and inventory valuation.
• Provide financial insights to optimize manufacturing operations and cost structures.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to implement cost-control measures.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, tax compliance, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

• Lead and mentor the finance team.
• Streamline financial processes and reporting systems to enhance efficiency.
• Implement best practices for financial control and risk management.

Strategic Contribution

• Provide financial analysis to support business decisions, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
• Experience: 10+ years in finance, with experience in manufacturing finance preferred.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial software.
