About the Role

Logon Broadband is seeking a results-driven Manager – Finance Operations to manage financial operations, compliance, vendor payments, project costing, payroll oversight, and regulatory coordination in a highly regulated ISP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations including AP, AR, treasury, payroll, and fund utilization
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments and maintain vendor relationships
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial controls
• Prepare project costing, budgets, and profitability analysis
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax and labor laws
• Coordinate financial matters with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with PTA, SECP, SRB, PRB, PSEB, and other regulatory bodies
• Prepare monthly financial reports and KPI-based performance dashboards

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely vendor payments and payment accuracy
• Positive monthly cash flow and fund allocation accuracy
• Project cost variance within defined limits
• Payroll accuracy and statutory compliance
• Zero regulatory penalties or audit observations

Required Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CA / ACCA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
• 5–7+ years of relevant experience (ISP / Telecom preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani taxation and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and leadership skills
