We are seeking a high-caliber
Financial Analytics Manager
to lead our financial data analytics strategy, deliver actionable business intelligence and drive strategic planning within the Finance department. The ideal candidate will have
6-8 years of experience
, preferably gained within
high-growth startups
or
core analytics companies
, demonstrating deep expertise in finance, data science, and team leadership. Experience with
investor reporting
is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Modeling & Strategic Analysis:

Conduct deep-dive variance and performance analysis across key financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency gains.
2. Business Intelligence & Reporting:

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reports using advanced tools to provide real-time visibility into financial health.

Define and track critical financial and operational metrics relevant to the business (e.g., LTV, CAC, Payback Period, Cohort Analysis, Margins).

Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of financial data used for reporting and decision-making.
3. Team Leadership & Management:

Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Finance Analysts, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of data quality and analytical rigor.

Standardize and streamline analytical workflows and tools to improve the efficiency and speed of the Finance function.
4. Investor Relations:

Contribute to the preparation of clear, compelling, and data-backed reports and presentations for
investors, the Board of Directors, and executive leadership

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience:
6-8 years of experience in Finance Analytics, FP&A, or Business Intelligence, ideally within a high-growth environment.
2. Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
3. Financial Acumen:
Excellent understanding of
core financial metrics, accounting principles,
and financial planning processes.
4. Technical Expertise:

SQL:
Expert-level proficiency for complex data extraction, manipulation, and ETL processes.

Python:
Hands-on experience with data manipulation and statistical libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for advanced financial analysis and modeling.

Visualization:
Advanced proficiency in at least one leading BI tool:
Tableau
or
Power BI
.
5. Leadership:
Proven experience in
leading, managing, and developing a team
of analysts.
Preferred Qualifications:

Direct experience in preparing comprehensive financial packages for
investors or the Board of Directors

Exposure to and interest in leveraging
AI tools
(e.g., generative AI, machine learning) to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
