We are looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Performs complex financial analyses and reviews of specific financial metrics
• Analyzes trends and changes that may explain Smile Doctor’s financial results but also provide insight into future risks & opportunities
• Develops and analyzes key performance indicators to support revenue growth and cost-saving initiatives
• Creates and maintains financial models to explain past results and forecast future performance
• Analyzes budget-actual variances of monthly results to explain organization performance
• Assists in consolidating and evaluating annual operating budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly risk and opportunity assessments
• Provides supporting schedules for monthly financial reporting package for the Board
• Assists with M&A due diligence on target acquisitions

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting, finance, or business
• Minimum of Six (6) years of experience in finance required
• Advanced analytical capabilities and the ability to identify and evaluate the impact of external and internal factors and trends
• Advanced knowledge of Excel required, including Sumifs, Vlookup, Index, Match, etc.
• Intermediate knowledge of financial modeling
• Basic understanding of GAAP
• Intermediate knowledge of business intelligence software preferred (PowerBI or similar tool
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills
