JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Manager, Financial Systems to own and evolve the financial side of our Workday ecosystem, including ERP, Procurement, Contracting, and related financial platforms. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with the opportunity to build and lead a small team over time as our Workday footprint expands. You will serve as the organization’s Workday financial systems expert, partnering closely with Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and executive leadership to design a scalable, efficient, and future-ready Workday environment. IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS:
Prove immunity to Hepatitis B or be immunized or sign a waiver refusing hepatitis immunization. Provide documentation of a PPD test conducted not more than 90 days prior to date of hire or have a PPD test conducted.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Plans and organizes work to meet schedules and timelines in an environment with constantly changing priorities.
2. Understands, embraces, and practices continuous process/quality improvement principles.
3. Effective time management skills.
4. Strong leadership skills.
5. Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
6. Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with internal and external customers.
7. Ability to deal with difficult and sensitive situations.
8. Ability to propose / make decisions that may require significant analysis or in times where situation is not addressed in existing policies and procedures.
9. Follows company safety and personnel policies.
10. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, evaluates alternatives, and implements creative Recommendations.
