Position Title: Manager – Financing & Banking Operations
Salary Bracket: 250,000
Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the end-to-end fleet financing operations including credit limit management, banking coordination, SOP governance, vendor and insurance management, regulatory compliance, financial control, and complete lifecycle management of vehicle financing from onboarding to settlement.
The role ensures full operational, financial, and compliance control of fleet financing across PTCL Group.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Credit Limit & Banking Relationship Management
- Manage onboarding, renewal, and administration of fleet financing credit limits with partner banks.
- Conduct monthly limit utilization reviews and coordinate regulatory/compliance updates with banks.
- Ensure continuous availability of approved financing limits aligned with business requirements.
2. SOP Governance & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal SOPs for fleet financing operations.
- Coordinate and align external SOPs with partner banks.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory, tax, audit, and documentation requirements.
3. End-to-End Fleet Financing Lifecycle Ownership
- Oversee the complete 24-step fleet financing process including:
- Demand aggregation and financing request preparation
- Vendor quotation management and approval coordination
- Employee security deposit collection and accounting entry validation
- Submission of financing requests to banks
- Execution of lease undertakings and financing agreements
- Coordination of PR/PO issuance and CPR documentation
- Vendor notification, PBO issuance, and delivery coordination
- Pre-delivery inspection (PDI) management and issue resolution
- Invoice validation, lease agreement execution, and schedule verification
- Insurance, ETO registration, number plates, and documentation handling
- Vehicle delivery, employee handover, and post-delivery support
4. Settlement & Closure Management
- Manage early settlement requests after two years of financing.
- Oversee resignation-related vehicle settlement cases.
- Ensure structured closure of matured financing contracts.
5. Financial Control & Reporting
- Review and validate rental schedules, repayment plans, and financial calculations.
- Provide settlement calculations to Payroll and Tax teams.
- Ensure monthly invoice verification and submission to Accounts Payable.
- Maintain reconciliation between bank invoices and approved financing schedules.
6. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as primary liaison between banks, vendors, insurance companies, HR, payroll, legal, and employees.
- Manage escalation handling and dispute resolution with stakeholders.
- Coordinate insurance claims and related settlements.
7. Asset & Payroll Coordination
- Coordinate with HR for payroll deductions and SAP schedule uploads.
- Ensure asset recording for taxation (including 5% tax calculations).
- Manage rental deduction instructions and schedule updates.
8. Compliance, Legal & Risk Management
- Coordinate with Legal in case of default, recovery, or dispute cases.
- Ensure proper documentation archiving for audit and compliance purposes.
- Manage bank-approved vendor lists and policy updates.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in treasury & finance, leasing, banking operations, or fleet management or any relevant finance field
