Manager For Aluminum Factory

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily factory operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
• Lead and supervise production, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet delivery schedules.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to optimize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment reliability programs.
• Control operational budgets and reduce manufacturing costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of management experience in aluminum or metal manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum extrusion, casting, or fabrication processes.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and ERP systems preferred.
