Manager for Automotive Repair and Service Company

• 10+ years of experience in automotive repair, service management, or shop leadership.
• Strong automotive technical knowledge (ASE certifications preferred).
• Proven experience managing technicians and service staff.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret diagnostics, repair estimates, and service reports.
• Proficiency with shop management software and digital inspection tools.

Operations & Management

• Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and service quality.

Staff Leadership

• Lead, train, and motivate technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and skills development programs.
• Recruit and retain high-performing team members.

Customer Service & Sales

• Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving concerns and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Manage service sales, estimate approvals, and customer communication.
• Drive revenue growth through effective service recommendations and upselling where appropriate.

Technical & Quality Oversight

• Review repair work, diagnostics, and quality control checks to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Stay current with automotive technology, diagnostic equipment, and repair techniques.
• Assist with complex repair decisions and technical troubleshooting when needed.

Financial Management

• Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability targets.
• Track KPIs such as labor efficiency, productivity, cycle times, and customer retention.
• Oversee parts procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Managerial position for Automotive repair centre: 10 years (Required)
