The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERM’s global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERM’s global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.
At the GDC, you will:
  • Be part of a hub that ensures ERM’s business continuity worldwide.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across geographies to support global operations.
  • Drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency in core functions.
  • Work with digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools to optimise how ERM operates.
  • Work in shifts where required, depending on the role. As processes mature and automation increases, reliance on shifts will reduce.
Role Purpose
Lead GDC’s FP&A Enablement tower, providing forecasting, analysis, and management-reporting services to the global FP&A community. The role standardizes reporting packs, ensures data accuracy through OneStream and Power BI, and enhances decision-support capability across ERM.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver global forecast packs, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.
  • Support integration of FP&A data into ERP / OneStream environments.
  • Partner with regional FP&A leads on standardizing templates and KPIs.
  • Build automation pipelines for recurring reports and cost analytics.
  • Ensure data consistency between management and statutory reporting.
  • Mentor analysts to strengthen commercial insight and storytelling.
Experience & Capabilities
  • 10–15 years in FP&A or financial-analysis roles.
  • Experience of both process-transition management and recent planning / reporting-system replacement.
  • Advanced analytical and data-visualization capability (Power BI / OneStream).
  • Strong business partnership and presentation skills.
