Salary: PKR 200,000-300,000 + other benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fundraising strategies for education-related projects and initiatives.

Identify and engage potential donors, sponsors, and partners locally and internationally.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, NGOs, foundations, and government agencies.

Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for funding purposes.

Monitor fundraising campaigns, track progress, and report outcomes to senior management.

Lead and mentor a small fundraising team to achieve set targets.

Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to fundraisin

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Education, or related field.

5+ years of proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development roles, preferably in the Education or NGO sector.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Experience in proposal writing, project reporting, and managing donor expectations.

Passion for education, social impact, and sustainable development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
