Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Analytics Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of data analytics solutions within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. The role focuses on leveraging SAP technologies to drive insights, optimize decision-making, and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Leadership:

• Define and execute the data analytics strategy for SAP S/4HANA and associated platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication and outcomes.

Project Management and Execution:

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA data analytics projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage data migration and integration activities with legacy and third-party systems.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

• Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reports using tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BW/4HANA, and other related technologies.
• Utilize predictive analytics, machine learning, and other advanced techniques to deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.

Collaboration and Training:

• Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external consultants to implement and optimize data analytics solutions.
• Train end-users and teams on SAP analytics tools and best practices.

Governance and Compliance:

• Establish data governance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor and maintain data security and privacy policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence, with at least 5 years focused on SAP S/4HANA.
• Expertise in SAP Analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BW/4HANA, and HANA Modeling.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement) and their data structures.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL, ABAP, and data integration technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud in the context of SAP.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and their integration into SAP systems.
• Certifications in SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP S/4HANA modules.
