As Manager, Global Guest Experience for Holiday Inn Express hotels, you will help bring the brand to life across one of the largest and fastest growing portfolios. In this role, you will support the implementation of the brand’s strategic plan, drive the delivery of key brand guest experience initiatives, and act as a key connector between cross-functional teams such as food & beverage, operations, procurement, marketing, development, and training. Your efforts will directly influence initiatives at the hotel level while also helping shape the future of the Holiday Inn Express brand. This is a highly collaborative, high volume and fast-paced role ideal for someone with proven branding, analytical, hospitality, and innovation experience.

What we need from you
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role $90,000 to $95,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employee.
