Development, implementation & tracking of advanced analytics use cases in collaboration with products & segments in Neo Retail Banking division.
Designing, implementing, tracking & driving usage of customer segmentation schemas for various businesses within Neo Retail Banking division.
Providing insights, root-cause / what-if analysis for Neo retail banking division.
Designing of management & operational reports for Neo retail banking division.
Designing, delivering & tracking of marketing campaigns for various products & segments within Neo retail bank to maximize Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
Collaborate with various digital squads to ensure timely & accurate delivery of data.
Requirements:
At least 6+ years of relevant advanced analytics experience in banking / financial services or similar environment.
Strong applied statistical skills, such as segmentation, regression, decision tree, Machine learning algorithms (such as ANN, SVM. Random Forest etc) are a must for this role.
Hands on Experience on in data & analytical tools like SQL, SAS / R & Python is a must for this role.
Prior experience in a digital analytics environment is preferred for this role.
Prior experience in marketing analytics is preferred for this role.
Ability to identify opportunities and help manage increase the revenue or reduce cost from hidden opportunities in preferred for this role.
Experience on Power BI report development with prior expertise on process and report automation is preferred for this role .
Ability to work well in a team and build strong network / relationships within and outside the organization is preferred for this role.
Prior experience in advanced analytics solutions in the sphere of unstructured data (text, pictures, video etc) is preferred.
Exposure to Bigdata is preferred for this role.
