Serve as the technical SME for Wi-Fi and LAN infrastructure across Cisco Meraki and Catalyst environments.
Provide Level 3 support for escalated incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for network performance issues, outages, and configuration anomalies.
Design and optimize wireless and wired network architectures, including VLANs, QoS, STP, and access control.
Utilize Zoho ManageEngine for: Real-time network monitoring and alerting Configuration and asset management.
Workflow automation and orchestration Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT Security, Cloud, and Application teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Document network configurations, incident resolutions, and SOPs for knowledge sharing and compliance. Mentor and guide L1/L2 engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
