IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• This position is required to provided tagged services and bring on board top high profile Corporate / MNCs & Government organizations.
• The job holder should have the ability to evaluate the customer requirement and should be able to propose most appropriate solution keeping in view the PTCL Group`s available products & services.
• Employee should aim is to develop relationship with the clients for retention and manage overall portfolio management which includes Revenue Monitoring/Churn Management, Customer Satisfaction, KPI and Sales achievement

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Adherence to SOP`s, policies , procedures & frameworks of Department and PTCL Group.
• Improve Business Responses to internal & External Customers.
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative Sales/Revenue/Synergy monthly targets.
• Ensure portfolio management KPI`s including revenue enhancement and retention of assigned accounts.
• Departmental Initiatives / Learning & Development

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Minimum bachelor's degree is required.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Technical Competencies:

• Commercial awareness
• Technical & Reporting Skills
• Sales Communication
