Manager Graphic Designing

Location: Lahore

We are looking for a Manager Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating impactful brands, exceptional artwork, and compelling marketing collateral. This role involves a wide range of design work including brochures, case studies, animation GIFs, email designs, html, presentations(Powerpoint), social media designs, and print campaigns such as booths and standees. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both print and digital design work. Your primary responsibilities will include leading corporate branding projects, enhancing the company's visibility, and driving various design initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects across digital and print mediums, playing a crucial role in our creative team's success.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the marketing team to understand design requirements.
• Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through meetings.
• Create and develop design concepts that meet the project requirements.
• Present finalized ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
• Employ creativity to generate new ideas and concepts.
• Utilize a wide range of media, including graphic design, photography, and video.
• Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate or software house environment.
• Solid understanding of the creative/design process.
• Strong and diverse creative/design portfolio covering corporate branding, logo design, marketing collateral, web design, and HTML.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and InDesign.
• Ability to brainstorm, conceptualize, illustrate, and storyboard creative ideas.
• Acquainted with branding trends and typography.
• Experience in website design, front-end development, and mobile application UIs (it's a plus).
• Should be able to communicate well
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment, manage tight deadlines and deliverables, and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Flexibility to work in second shifts.
