Manager Grooming

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager Grooming to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and maintaining high standards of personal presentation in all restauants across cheezious, ensuring that all crew members and managers embody the brand’s professional image. This position will be reporting under Training & Development Department while collaborating closely with the Operations to foster a culture of hospitality excellence, confidence, appearance and hygiene, directly contributing to an enhanced guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct comprehensive grooming sessions for both crew and managers, ensuring a uniform brand identity across all levels.
• Ensure daily grooming compliance at the restaurant level through regular visits and close coordination with the Operations team.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship regarding hair, beard, and personal hygiene standards, as well as uniform cleanliness and maintenance.
• Coach staff on professional posture, body language, and overall presence to ensure a welcoming and high-standard service environment.
• Work actively within the restaurant environment, engaging directly with teams on the floor to provide real-time feedback and corrections.
• Develop a grooming guidelines and manuals, aligned with industry trends and best practices.
• Track and report on grooming compliance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective training programs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Image & Styling, Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in QSR, Hotel, Airline, or high-end Salon industries.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver feedback constructively and confidently.
• Deep understanding of personal hygiene standards, professional etiquette, and corporate dress codes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and managing multiple sites or teams simultaneously.
• Highly presentable, confident, and coachable, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for personnel development.
• Ability to use AI presentation tools including Gamma and Canva.
