Job Summary
The Manager – Finance will support the HD Finance in managing group consolidation, group accounting, statutory audits, and the accounting of holding and investment companies. The role is hands-on, focused on ensuring accurate financial records, timely monthly closing, and smooth coordination with auditors and subsidiary finance teams. Strong working knowledge of IFRS is essential.

KPIs
Accuracy and timeliness of closing and consolidation.
Audit completion within deadlines with minimal adjustments.
Quality of schedules, reconciliations, and supporting files.
Compliance with group policies and IFRS standards.
Work experience requirement
8–10 years of relevant experience in group accounting, consolidation, or audit.
Experience with holding companies, SPVs, or investment structures is an advantage.
Qualification
Professional Degree in Accounting/Finance; CA/ICAEW/CPA/ ICAP
Strong IFRS knowledge and ability to apply it practically.
