Key Responsibilities
-
Provide
strategic oversight
of hard services operations, maintenance, and infrastructure projects

Lead and manage large multidisciplinary teams of engineers, supervisors, and technicians
-
Plan and execute
preventive maintenance programs
for MEP systems and civil works
-
Oversee maintenance contracts and ensure compliance with
SLAs and KPIs
-
Manage budgets, resources, manpower, and equipment efficiently
-
Act as a technical authority for diagnosing and resolving complex issues
-
Implement
energy-saving initiatives
and monitor utility consumption
-
Ensure full compliance with
health, safety, and environmental regulations
-
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
-
Prepare accurate technical and operational reports
-
Identify and mitigate operational and technical risks
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
-
Professional certifications in
Facility Management or Project Management
(preferred)
Experience & Skills
-
Minimum
12 years of experience
in hard services / facilities management
-
Proven experience managing
large facilities or complex FM projects
-
Strong leadership experience managing
large technical teams
-
In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, civil works, and maintenance best practices
-
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-
Experience in
project estimation and proposal writing

on-call duties
during emergencies
