We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Audit to lead the auditing and evaluation of external healthcare providers across AlQiddiya’s provider network.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance to ensure alignment with AlQiddiya’s standards, national healthcare regulations, and contractual requirements.
This role plays a key part in ensuring that contractedservice providers deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care. The position combines analytical rigor, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration to drive continuous quality improvement and operational excellence across the healthcare provider /network.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a structured quality audit plan for external healthcare providers.
- Conduct on-site audits covering clinical practices, patient safety, infection control, and service quality.

Evaluate provider compliance with CBAHI, JCI, and Ministry of Health(MOH) standards and contractual obligations.

Review provider performance indicators (KPIs), incidents, and patient feedback to identify improvement areas.

Prepare audit reports, scorecards, and dashboards summarizing key findings and trends.

Recommend corrective and preventive actions and follow up on timely implementation.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to enhance compliance and clinical excellence.

Ensure network clinics maintain readiness for CBAHI or other accreditation requirements.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Provider Quality Monitoring Framework
Requirements-
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or a related clinical discipline.

Master’s degree or certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.

Experience:
-
5–8 years of experience in healthcare quality auditing, provider performance assessment, or compliance management.

Proven experience in auditing hospitals, managed care providers, or external healthcare contractors.

Strong knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (CBAHI, JCI, MOH).

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and quality management systems (QMS).
