Job Title: Manager - Admin & HR
Reporting To: AGM – HR

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR professional with an MBA in HR and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setup. The role includes managing HR operations, payroll, statutory compliances, labour contract management, GMP documentation, manufacturing unit compliances, and safety management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.)
  • Handle labour contract management including bill approvals and vendor coordination
  • Maintain GMP documentation as per regulatory requirements
  • Ensure manufacturing unit compliances including safety, labour laws, and Factories Act.
  • Oversee HR operations including attendance, leaves, and employee relations.
  • Support the AGM in HR and operational activities.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent along with certification in Workplace Safety, or Compliance, will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Good understanding of manufacturing unit compliances, safety standards, statutory compliance, and labour laws.
  • Experience in GMP documentation is preferred

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to details.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Two-wheeler driving license preferred, with willingness to travel to government departments and off-site facilities.
  • Proficiency in Kannada, or willingness to learn, for effective coordination with local authorities and community representatives.
