Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Administration:
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, leave requests, and personal information.
- Manage the payroll process, including salary disbursement, benefits administration, and liaising with benefits providers.
- Support recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by monitoring and implementing regulations.
- Handle general office administration, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts.
- Assist in preparing HR and financial reports, such as headcount, payroll, and compliance-related documentation.
- Provide logistical support for events, travel, and other administrative tasks as needed.
